If your dental insurance isn’t one we accept, we’re still happy to help! We can submit your claim electronically on your behalf—just send us a clear photo of the front and back of your dental insurance card, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Payment
Policies
Thank you for choosing our practice. We will submit claims directly to your insurance provider for the services you receive. If your plan requires a co‑pay or if you are not covered by dental insurance, payment is due at the time of your appointment.

Our office accepts a broad selection of employer‑sponsored dental PPO plans.

Please note that we do not accept DHMO, DMO, HMO, Delta Care, Marketplace dental plans, Medicaid, or Medicare.

Our office is fully HIPAA compliant, ensuring that your personal and health information is always protected.
Cancellation
Policies
To avoid a $175 fee, please provide at least 2 business days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients in need of care.
Records
If you'd like your previous dentist to send us your X-rays or other dental records before your visit, they can email them directly to office@drmarciagrossman.com.
This helps us prepare for your appointment and ensures continuity of care.
