If your dental insurance isn’t one we accept, we’re still happy to help! We can submit your claim electronically on your behalf—just send us a clear photo of the front and back of your dental insurance card, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Financial & Insurance
Policies
Thank you for choosing our practice. We are happy to submit dental insurance claims directly to your insurance provider on your behalf. Please note that any applicable copayments, deductibles, estimated patient portions, and non-covered services are the patient’s responsibility and are due at the time of service. Patients without dental insurance are also expected to make payment at the time services are provided.
For your convenience, we offer several payment options, including cash, check, debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and credit cards. Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. Your total credit card price, including the processing fee, will always be disclosed before your payment is processed. There is no processing fee when paying by cash, check, debit card, or FSA/HSA card.
Our office accepts a broad selection of employer-sponsored dental PPO plans. As a courtesy, our team is happy to assist you with understanding and maximizing your available dental insurance benefits.
Please note that our office does not accept DHMO, DMO, or HMO plans, DeltaCare plans, Marketplace dental plans, Medicaid, Medicare, or government-issued dental plans.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and health information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
Cancellation
Policies
To avoid a $175 fee, please provide at least 2 business days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients in need of care.
Records
If you'd like your previous dentist to send us your X-rays or other dental records before your visit, they can email them directly to office@drmarciagrossman.com.
This helps us prepare for your appointment and ensures continuity of care.
