Safety Measures for Covid-19






Our office has been open since June 15th. We are so pleased to be back and are looking forward to seeing you. We sincerely hope you and your loved ones have been safe and healthy.
We wanted to let everyone know that the Covid Protocol we have put in place has been successful. After 4 months of regular patient care, our staff is healthy, and we have received no reports of patient illness. Below are links highlighting some of the changes we have made to our already rigorous infection control processes. It is important to us that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable.

We are screening all patients and staff daily for Covid-19 Symptoms.

Our office is requiring all patients to complete our COVID-19 screening forms. These forms must be completed in at least two business days prior your appointment. The forms will be available to you via a text message and an email with the link to our online COVID-19 screening forms. You’ll be asked those same questions again on the date of your appointment. Patients that fail to complete the forms in advanced will need to be rescheduled for a later date.

We will take your temperature with a non-contact forehead thermometer, and check your oxygen saturation level.

We offer hand sanitizer which we ask everyone to use upon entering the office.

Additionally, we ask everyone to wash their hands upon arrival at our office and to keep their masks on except during care.

To improve disinfection and reduce bacteria and viruses, we have been using a cold fogger device to deliver HOCL disinfection throughout our office daily. EcoloxTech

We offer this same chemical free HOCL spray for patient use in our restroom.

We have added an extra oral suction machine IQair to reduce bacteria, viruses, and mercury vapors in rooms while treating patients. This device provides immediate chair-side defense providing a safe and worry-free environment for all patients and staff.

Additionally, we have air purifiers placed throughout the office by Medify Air

When necessary, we are using new intraoral suction devices to reduce aerosols such as reLeaf

We no longer offer magazines since these items are difficult to clean and disinfect.

We have installed sneeze shields in our front desk area to protect you and our staff.

We have upgraded to a contactless credit card machine that work with Apple pay, Google pay and blink.

Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. We ask that you limit the number of individuals accompanying you during office visits. Face masks must be worn while in common areas of the office, including the waiting room and hallways.

We have reduced the number of patients we see each day to allow greater time between patients,to reduce waiting times for you, and to allow additional sanitation time. Additionally ,we limit the number of people in the waiting room at any given time.

Rooms are thoroughly sanitized and disposable plastic protective covers are replaced between each patient.

In addition to our usual infection control protocol, we are using additional (Personal Protective Equipment) PPE including N95 Masks and face shields.
